FledgeWorks is designed as software-as-a-service in the cloud (SaaS). To access, users only need a web browser on any device that has internet.
The application uses the Microsoft Azure cloud platform, with servers for Europe located in Amsterdam and Dublin. This platform meets the strictest requirements regarding data protection and is consistent with international and regional standards of privacy and security.
In addition, we strive towards best user experience by using Apdex, an open standard for measuring performance, user satisfaction and quality of experience .
We are aware that data backup is an essential part of any business, so we use Azure SQL as a database for data storage, which enables automatic backup. The SQL Azure database is flexible and, in the event that the system is overloaded, allows for an easy increase in resources and thus the necessary capacity for system operation.
FledgeWorks contains a special set of functionality that takes care of access rights to certain data and user privileges. This module provides controlled access to data by grouping users by roles and hierarchy.
