Administrators, who are usually from HR department, can open accounts and add new users in few simple steps. The user role can be set as administrator or a regular user. For each user also additional optional roles and access rights can be added if needed. Access rights ensure data security. You can define who may view or edit information. Some roles and rights are given automatically by the system when the employee is assigned to a certain position, but you can change them accordingly to your business processes. This enables FledgeWorks to be an employee hub for cooperation within various HR processes.
