Job Classification

Streamline your company workflow

With agile job classification you can classify similar jobs and group them together. You can have an overview if any groups’ tasks can be compartmentalized within the company. With defined pay grades create a fair promotion scale to encourage employee motivation and engagement.

Work complexity levels and work groups

Gain flexibility of jobs

FledgeWorks supports flexibility in Job classification. You can define:

  • Work complexity levels together with the required education, year of experience associated with each level, probation period and the number and level of competencies.
  • Work groups with three work types: operational, creative, and managerial work to which you assign complexity level.

Job classification visibility can be set up for the managers and the employees. You can select which of the steps can be visible for each group.
