FledgeWorks has an API which is a software layer that can help your IT/tech/development department connect other systems to FledgeWorks and distribute HR data back and forth to minimize manual work, automate repetitive tasks and embed data from/to other systems necessary for day-to-day company processes.

The strength of Power BI lies in its capability to integrate data from multiple sources of different types. This extensive tool allows you to aggregate data from many sources such as databases, online services, and different files. 

FledgeWorks supports out-of-the-box integration with Microsoft Power BI, with which you can connect and combine your FledgeHR analytics data with data from other sources across the organization. 

This way you can create integrated dashboards and reports from Power BI on your desktop or publish them on web pages within your company’s portal. 

Once you establish the connection to Power BI, you can take advantage of more than 25 data sets from FledgeWorks like:
