FledgeWorks Implementation team will be assigned to guide and support you in implementing your company structure and processes in FledgeWorks in the best way to bring added value to your people and business. Your implementation manager will assure that you use FledgeWorks features for the maximum advantage for you. 

Implementation Includes:

  1. Planning and management of the whole HR digitalization project.  
  2. Creation of a cloud-based subscription environment and software configuration to your needs. 
  3. Data transfer from your existing information systems and spreadsheets.  
  4. Customisation of your Processes Workflows in FledgeWorks. 
  5. Integrations. 
  6. Performance testing.  
  7. Training of key users.

Implementation Process:

Throughout the implementation process you are guided by our experts in the field of technical and HRM support. There are three main phases of the process.   

  1. In the first phase of implementation the focus is on HR administration or core HR. We provide the data entry and review of the organizational structure. At this stage we prepare the basis for the smooth operation of the HR function and the establishment of all HR processes.  
  2. In the second phase, we gradually establish, introduce, and test your HR processes of Talent Management and Work Efficiency that you will run in FledgeWorks.  
  3. In the third phase, however, we correct any errors and address the challenges that might have occurred in the previous two stages.  

Throughout the implementation process, we work with your team, which is educated and trained for optimal use of the FledgeWorks solution and of course we also offer separate training hours in case of need. In addition, the solution itself also includes documentation designed to teach users and make it easier to use the system. Video instructions are also available for key processes. Part of the implementation project are required integrations of FledgeWorks with your existing information systems or new systems that you would like to use for example LMS, BI, AI etc. 

Implementation timeline

If you have all the data, organisational structure and well-defined processes and workflows you can use the system the next day that we open an account for you, that is attainable due to cloud technology.  

In practice the timeline for FledgeWorks implementation depends on each company’s circumstances, but the factors that most influence timing include: 

  • Size of the company. 
  • Scope of the modules. 
  • Scope of the integrations. 
  • How well are required HR processes and workflows defined. 
  • HR and digital knowledge of the client key users.
